Stormtalon

Role: High AoE and mobility assault boss

Description:
     Stormtalon fills the niche of a high AoE assault boss, wielding the power of wind and storms to wreak havoc in the enemy base. He also provides increased move speed and mobility to allies, and his tornadoes allow them to jump over enemy walls and skirt past fortified points.

Ability Breakdown

• Winds of Haste
     This persistent aura passively boosts Stormtalon's nearby allies with greatly increased movement speed.
• Summon Cyclones
  

     Stormtalon begins channeling, growing concentric circle and donut telegraphs around him, leaving a thin ring of safety around himself. After a few seconds, he detonates the air, damaging, knocking back, and knocking down enemies in the AoE. Immediately afterwards, he summons 6 cyclones in the area with a 60 second duration. These cyclones wander randomly, damaging and knocking away enemies, and boosting the jumps of allies, enabling them to bypass enemy fortifications.

• Eye of the Storm
  

     Stormtalon targets a random enemy and channels a large donut-shaped telegraph around them that follows their movements, forcing allies to stay nearby. After 6 seconds, Stormtalon unleashes a succession of lightning bolts at the target, forcing the target to continually run to avoid damage (and by extension, forcing its allies to run with it.

• Lightning Storm
  

     Stormtalon unleashes bolts of lightning at 3 random targets 9 times, leaving a persistant shock field at the target location for several seconds after the initial strike.

• Lightning Spears
  

     After a brief delay, Stormtalon fires 5 bolts of lightning in a line at 5 randomly chosen targets around him, and emits a shock blast in the area immediately around him. The lightning spears deal moderate damage, and the shock blast damages and disarms enemies for 8 seconds, or until they recover their weapons.

• Lightning Strike
  

     Stormtalon emits a burst of electricity, targeting 3 nearby enemies with lightning strikes. The strikes damage and knock down enemies caught in the blast area.
